Health & Safety

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our employees and the general public.  they may encounter health and safety risks whilst carrying out work, which is why we have comprehensive systems in place to ensure that the environment they work in is as risk-free as possible. Our operatives are briefed upon induction at our London based training centre in all aspects of Health & Safety, and there is always a Health & Safety officer on hand to give competent advice and practical demonstrations. With help from our membership to the CSSA (Cleaning & Support Services Association), we keep up to date will all rules & regulations and inform our staff as quickly as possible of any changes. Our policies, guidebooks and procedures are available in a variety of formats & languages ensuring that our positive Health & Safety culture is accessible to all of our employees.

Every task we undertake, no matter how small, is subject to an exhaustive risk assessment and preparation of a method statement to eradicate any potential hazards that may arise, and our Safe Contractor accreditation proves that we take all the necessary steps to ensure employee and client safety.

We keep a detailed site file on every premises we provide a service for, which includes COSHH statements, completed Risk Assessments.
